A reliance letter is merely a form letter from the consultant (EAS) that permits another party to use the report that has been prepared for another party (e.g. an EAS client).
EAS is happy to provide these letters as a matter of doing business with it’s clients. Of course there are some limits, the report must be within it’s shelf life and EAS, Inc cannot issue reliance letters from another firm.
